Developing -mondy fibre abounded with business chances.
Our company just developed a new type fibre successfully named Mondy
fibre and yarn.
¡óI. Performance and Features£º
¡¤ Mondy fibre is a completely new kind of fibre which is just developed
by our company. The main feature is high elastic, softness and easy-dyeing.
It will be the new type fibre in the 21st century.
¡¤ It can be dyed with boiling under normal pressure without carrier.
The pigment penetration in the Mondy fibre is much more than it in
other fibre at the same condition.the color of dope dyed Mondy fibre
is bright and even with high light fastness.
¡¤ Excellent rebound elasticity, not only higher than nylon 6#, but
also higher than other fibre.
¡¤ Signigicant anti-stain, anti-chemical, low water absorbability,
low electrostatic, comfortable wool-like touching and wear -resistance.
¡¤ The cracking resistance of 3.5 CN/dtex is enough to spin in blending
with cotton, wool, meet the requirement of garment fiber.
¡¤ Good dimensional stability and anti-chloroform under wet condition.
¡¤ It is th enew textile raw material who can replace PA6 fibre.
¡óII. Application
¡¤ FABRICS:
Mondy fibre can be blend with cotton wool
ant other kind of fibre: (1) interlacing and blending with cotton,
which endues the fabric with better softness, feasible extendiblity
and improved dimensional stability. (2) interlacing and blending with
acetic acid, which endues the fabric with tensibility and color-dying
uniformity. (3) interlacing and blending with wool, which avoids the
yellow discolouration of fabric, keeps the soft hand feeling of fabric.(4)
interlacing with silk, which can improve the fabric shortcoming ¡ª
easy wrinkle, meanwhile, it can keep the fabric slip. (5) It is suitable
for non-woven goods (spun-bonded, needling) and elastic goods.
Otherwise, it can be used to make underwear,
straitjacket, glove, sport suit, outclothes and other elastic suit
through process techniques such as warp knitting, weft knitting, weaving.
The business suit made of it has the soft hand feeling, wear-resistance,
moderate elasticity, no tightening feeling, easy maintenance.
¡¤ CARPET£º
Mondi fiber is used for carpet with excellent
knap surface reflexing, high pluffy, easy cleaning and maintenance,
low electrostatic, inner smudge resistance, excellent color and lustre
without fading, wool hand feeling, continuous printing, low water
absorbability, low electricstatic, low absorptance, etc.
¡óIII. Outside material made of Mondi fiber has
the following advantages:
¡¤ Dyeing: low temp., easy dyeing, high color fastness.
¡¤ Garment: comfortable, good tensility and reflexing, as well as static.
¡¤ Hand feeling: soft
¡¤ Appearance: bright and amorous color, good drapability, with flowing
drape.
¡¤ Maintenance: easy maintenance, good smudge resistance. It can be
washed and dried by machine with good durability. |
